How is the price calculated?
Price = number of units × price per unit (frames or floors). You see duration and total in the booking wizard before choosing a slot.
How can I cancel?
Cancel via your customer dashboard or contact. Free cancellation up to the configured time before the appointment (e.g. 24 hours); see terms for details.
Can I book weekly or monthly?
Yes. In the booking wizard you can choose one-time, weekly, biweekly or monthly. Recurring appointments are created automatically.
How do I pay?
If online payment is enabled: by card at checkout. Otherwise: payment on site after the service. You see the options during booking.
What happens on the day of the appointment?
You get a reminder (e.g. 24 hours before). Our team arrives in the agreed time window. You can pay on site after the service if that option is available.
What area do you cover?
We serve the Fürth, Nürnberg, Erlangen, Zirndorf area and surroundings. You see availability when you enter your address in the booking wizard.
